Mission Statement


Mission Statement:
It is the SHPYC camp mission to create a supportive atmosphere in which children can learn new skills and build friendships. Creating a place that kids can be encouraged in a fun and relaxed environment while providing close and friendly supervision of all children. We maintain a (1:6) counselor to camper ratio. Our counselors are lifeguard certified and teach responsible boating, including a respect for the natural environment. The SHPYC promotes a happy, healthy and active lifestyle, designed to help stimulate the child’s imagination.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 30 days prior the start of the camp session to receive a 50% refund. All cancellations made after specified 30 day time period are non-refundable. Please direct all questions to [email protected].
Registration Policy: Forms will be dated by SHPYC staff when received to ensure a “First Come, First Serve” basis.

Registration for Members opens February 2. Prospective Members are welcome to submit registrations at this time but will not be confirmed until registration opens on March 2.

Reservations for Summer Camp can be made by filling out this SHPYC Summer Camp Registration Form. Forms must be completed and returned to the Club signed, with payment in full, to reserve your camper’s spot. One form per child please. Campers are officially registered once full payment is received. Members will be billed on your monthly statement when registered for all camp sessions selected. All cancellation policies apply. Non-Member registration is only complete with Payment in full at time of registration.

I acknowledge all policies on this registration form and give my permission for photos to be taken of my child during camp.The photos will be used for future promotional materials.

Boating Camp (Including Sailing)

Wake Surf Experience
Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Monday - Friday 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
COST - Members: $550 / Prospective Members $600

Extended Drop Off

Extended Drop Off and Pickup

EXTENDED DROP OFF AND PICKUP IS AN ADDITIONAL $100.00 PER CHILD PER WEEK FOR MEMBERS AND AN ADDITIONAL $125.00 FOR PROSPECTIVE MEMBERS. (8:30 UNTIL 5:30)
